Delivery policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer FREE flat rate shipping within Australia. 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders within Australia.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping worldwide.  

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Vela Days is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@veladays.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Prices & Payment

All prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise on the website. All payments must be completed in full through one of our payment gateways before an order is complete.

Returns

If for any reason you would like to return your purchase we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. You can see our full returns policy here

Please email us at info@veladays.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues.


All returns must be sent back to our warehouse via a pre-paid return label we will provide. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. Vela Days will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

You can return any product as long as its:
a) unused, unopened and in a saleable condition. And;
b) in the original packaging, which must be in the original condition, including sealed boxes.

We will not refund any Delivery Fees that you have paid at purchase to have the product shipped to you, or the cost of any packaging you provide to send the items back to us.
